| From next season 2009 – 10 Whitwell AFC will have an adult woman’s football team affiliated to Hertfordshire FA and playing in the Beds & Herts County Girls & Women's League. ‘We are looking for local support in terms of kit sponsors and patrons’ With this team already in place the opportunity to join in the evening training sessions at the clubs ground will also be available for local woman.
